Ball State University parking rules and regulations will be enforced as long as the University is open for business. This means that during breaks when classes are not in session, but University offices remain open, rules and regulations will be enforced.
Beginning Monday, December 15, 2025, commuter, residence hall, and stadium permits are interchangeable. Employees with general permits may park in any blue residence hall or green commuter lot. All other permits must park in their assigned lots. There is no overnight parking in commuter lots or parking garages from 3:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Regular enforcement will resume beginning Sunday, January 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
