Only one week left! On February 17, 2025, Ball State’s two-factor authentication app, Duo, is dropping support for older iOS and iPadOS operating systems and will no longer support devices using iOS 15/iPadOS 15 or lower.
If you have a device using these operating systems, your Duo app may continue to work, but will not receive further updates, nor be available for download on the Apple App Store. To continue Duo support and receive the latest application upgrades, please update your device to the latest iOS/iPadOS version.
