Ball State University is pleased to partner with the Indiana Immunization Coalition (IIC) to host an on-campus immunization clinic on Wednesday, September 23. This clinic provides a convenient opportunity for individuals to receive recommended immunizations and review their vaccination status. The IIC will have a full inventory of vaccines available and will offer evidence-based recommended immunizations based on available records, including CHIRP.

Pre-registration helps the IIC plan staffing and vaccine inventory and can significantly reduce wait times on the day of the clinic. Walk-ins will also be accepted.
For Parents and Guardians
Individuals under the age of 18 may be vaccinated only when a parent, guardian, or authorized parent representative is present to verify which vaccines should be administered, or when written instructions from the parent/guardian are provided on the day of service.
If participants experience difficulties with online registration, the IIC recommends using the Chrome browser or completing a paper consent form.
