Please be advised that construction activities related to Ball State’s Village revitalization plan will result in some noise on campus.
Starting in early October, pile driving will occur at Site 1, the location of the new Performing Arts Center and hotel. This site is bounded by North McKinley Avenue, West Ashland Avenue, North Calvert Street, and West University Avenue.
The pile driver is expected to arrive the first week of October, and the work will last for approximately 1 ½ weeks during the first half of the month. Ten piles are expected to be driven in all.
