Beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026, new bollards will be installed along the James W. Lowe East Mall. During this work, portions of the East Mall will be temporarily closed.
Construction will begin at Ashland Avenue and progress north toward Neely Avenue. All work is anticipated to be completed by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
