Ball State University has a new culinary destination, and we are pleased to announce that doors are now open—North Dining is officially live.
The stone oven is warming, rotisseries are spinning, and donuts are out for display. We at University Dining Services welcome you to Ball State’s premier dining location. From down-home, authentic barbeque to hip, artisanal treats and pastries, this state-of-the-art dining hall offers a bevy of culinary experiences aimed to exceed the nutritional needs and culinary expectations of our diverse community.
Food concepts specializing in late-night orders, savory to-go meals, and a unique allergen-free eatery help exemplify inclusivity, while a one-of-a-kind Starbucks, an enchanting restaurante Italiano, a modern custom deli, and more are all ready to help cater to the eclectic mix of tastes, cultures, and backgrounds of our students, faculty, and staff, while providing tempting and convenient options to our campus visitors and the Muncie community.
To better provide food that suits our entire campus community, such as those who are lactose- or gluten-intolerant or live with food allergies, we now feature a specialized “Top-8” allergen-free eatery within North Dining. It features both packaged convenience items and an assortment of freshly made meals.
We have been hard at work preparing, and we are excited for you to join us at North Dining—just off McKinley Avenue on the north side of campus. We are open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. through Friday this week, and you can discover more hours of operation at
bsu.edu/dining.
Whether you order some coffee from Starbucks, pick up a donut from the bakery, or grab a calzone from our wood stone oven, we are excited to have you grace our new eatery. We look forward to serving you!
