MuncieArts is pleased to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Muncie Mayor’s Arts Awards—the city’s highest recognition of individual and organizational contributions to the local arts and culture landscape.
These awards celebrate the diverse creative impact of our community, honoring visual, performing, and culinary artists; writers, poets, and musicians; directors and producers; craftspeople, arts educators, patrons, professionals, and volunteers. Eligible nominees also include organizations, businesses, institutions, and agencies whose work enhances the lives of Muncie residents through the arts.
The Mayor’s Arts Awards aim to:
- Recognize excellence in artistic achievement and service
- Celebrate the role of the arts in enriching our community
- Inspire new leadership and engagement
- Strengthen support for Muncie’s creative sector
We invite you to nominate a colleague, student, community partner, or organization whose artistic work or advocacy deserves recognition.
