Beginning July 17, 2026, Ball State University students will be limited to hosting Zoom meetings of up to 40 minutes. Students will also be limited to local recordings only. There will be no changes to the Zoom features available to faculty or staff.
Students who need to host meetings longer than 40 minutes should use Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams is available at https://teams.cloud.microsoft.com.
