In this episode, Ms. Musson shares how her interest in working for Eli Lilly and Company began at a young age, and she reflects on how her Ball State experience prepared her for a fulfilling career with the Indianapolis-based Fortune 500 company.

Ms. Musson also describes the life-changing impact of receiving Ball State’s Emens Leadership Scholarship, including her vivid memory of learning she had earned the award. Today, she continues to give back to her alma mater by serving on the Emens Leadership Scholarship committee and through her previous service on the Young Alumni Council and Alumni Council.

In one of the most meaningful moments of the episode, Ms. Musson discusses what it means to fund the Musson Family Scholarship, which will support deserving Ball State students for years to come.
