The Multicultural Center
The spacious building offers a variety of amenities for all students to use including open lounge spaces and meeting rooms. Students may also study in the second-floor library which is also filled with books on identity, culture, and a variety of other topics for reading. Students, faculty, and staff can reserve spaces such as the conference room for meetings or the multipurpose room for events. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and stove open for anyone to use.

Bias Incident Reporting
The Bias Response Team is available for students to report incidents of bias. The team will provide you a safe place to discuss the incident and resolutions to address the issue. To learn more about what a bias incident is or how to report one, you can use the link below.

Lavender Door
A collaborative project provided by the Multicultural Center and Housing and Residence Life, seeks to provide all Ball State students with free and discreet access to gender affirming clothing. Lavender Door is through appointment only. Learn more and schedule an appointment:

MOSAIC Workshops
MOSAIC is a social justice peer education program whose mission is to engage undergraduate students in open dialogues focused on diversity and social justice topics to promote awareness, change, and inter-group understanding. These workshops are great to use to address any issues within your community or have your students learn about certain topics in class. You can view all of workshops and request one below:

VOICES
In a collaboration with the BSU Counseling Center, VOICES is a race and ethnicity support group that offers a safe space for students of color to share their experiences, discuss coping mechanisms, and offer support to others. VOICES meets bi-weekly on Thursdays at 4:00 pm in the Multicultural Center.
