Mark your calendar and get ready to dive into the Graduate Student Wellness Initiative's Mental Wellness Matters (MWM) 5-week Program starting January 27. MWM is a voluntary 5-week course designed to connect graduate students (online and main campus) with each other to discuss important topics related to health and wellness. Each week covers a different topic that grad students often encounter, from sleep quality and stress to self-compassion and time management.
Completing MWM is simple:
- Complete at least 4 out of 5 modules & discussion boards
- Submit a very brief (i.e., no more than one-page, double-spaced) mid-course reflection OR a reflection at the very end of MWM
By completing MWM you will receive:
- A Certificate of Completion
- Graduate Student Wellness Initiative Tumbler, T-shirt, Lanyard & Sticker
