We’re excited to kick off our Self Care for You Fall 2025 series with tools to strengthen your wellbeing!  The connection between nutrition and mental health is stronger than you might think.  The first session, Mental Health and Nutrition, will explore the connection between what we eat and how we feel. You’ll also learn practical strategies to improve nutrition and support your mental well-being.

These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling.  Lunch and Learns are held on Wednesdays at 12:00pm over Zoom.  We hope you’ll join us for one or all of these conversations focused on self-care and connection.
