This next session in the series will discuss how stress affects both the mind and body. Learn to recognize common signs of stress, better understand the body’s response to stress, and explore practical strategies for managing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.

These sessions are offered through Engagement, Wellbeing & Culture in collaboration with the Ball State Counseling Practicum Clinic in the Department of Counseling Psychology, Social Psychology, and Counseling. Lunch and Learns are held on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm via Zoom. We hope you will join us for conversations focused on self-care and connection.
