ADVISORY BOARD/EVENT COORDINATORS:

Late Nite is looking for fun, dynamic and hardworking students to help plan the best party on campus! This is a great opportunity to gain transferable skills that will set you apart in your job search after graduation. As a member of our team, you will plan large-scale events, communicate with vendors, negotiate services, and bring your creative ideas to life.

For all students applying for an Event Coordinator position with the Late Nite Advisory Board, please email your completed application to latenite@bsu.edu. The application can be found on the 'get involved' with Late Nite website. A referral slip is not needed for this application. The Advisory Board position will remain open until filled and application review will begin immediately.

EVENT STAFF:

Late Nite is looking for students who are dependable and able to remain alert during events and late shifts, able to follow directions and work with minimum supervision, comfortable with large crowds, able to lift approximately 50 pounds, able to move and set up workstation quickly and efficiently.

Late Nite Event Staff primarily assist with the set-up, implementation, and tear-down of the Late Nite events which take place every Saturday night from 9:00pm-1:00am in the Student Center.

Duties and Responsibilities include: overseeing the proper set-up and tear-down of equipment such as lifting and moving tables, chairs, and staging.

Additional Responsibilities and Work Areas include: working registration, handling money, preparing and serving snack food items (cotton candy, popcorn, Pepsi), and other duties as assigned.
