- Dr. Freeman A. Hrabowski III (Friday, September 27) – President Emeritus of UMBC, renowned connection to the civic rights movement, and for his work on increasing minority representation in higher education
- Harry Boyte (Saturday, September 28) – Veteran civic leader and former colleague of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., noted for his advocacy of civic renewal.
