The shuttle will be operating from 8:30pm – 1:30am this weekend. On its way to the Student Center the shuttle will stop at the following bus stops: Scheidler Apartments, Anthony Apartments, LaFollette Complex, Studebaker West, Neely, Wayne, Linden, and New York. Wondering when the shuttle is going to arrive? Look for the “Special Event” loop on the app!

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS! Late Nite Event Staff will primarily assist with the set-up, implementation, and tear-down of Late Nite @ Ball State events. Duties and Responsibilities include: overseeing the proper set-up and tear-down of equipment such as lifting and moving tables, chairs, and staging. Additional Responsibilities and Work Areas include: working registration, handling money, preparing and serving snack food items (popcorn, pizza, etc), working with volunteers, assisting with vendors/entertainment areas, and other duties as assigned. Hours are weekend evening hours, Saturday nights, 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.; approximately 8-hour shifts. Shifts rotate between two Event Staff Crews; therefore, a work shift would occur every other weekend. Candidates will only be considered upon submission of all required materials including, referral slip and completed job application.
