Join as the Office of Immersive Learning hosts and celebrates the Spring 2022 Immersive Learning Showcase. This is an opportunity for the student teams and faculty mentors to present outcomes of the immersive learning projects with which they have been involved over the past year. Each student team has worked diligently to address a challenge for a business, municipality, or nonprofit organization within Muncie, East Central Indiana, or beyond.
A virtual component of the showcase will run from April 25th to May 6th online. It features immersive projects from this year and the 2022 Immersive Learning Faculty Award winners.
Please also join us for a further celebration of this year’s immersive learning at a showcase event on May 2, 2022, in the Ball State University Student Center’s Cardinal Hall from 4 pm – 6 pm. Immersive projects will have table displays and students on hand to talk about their work. An awards ceremony will take place at 4:30 pm for the Immersive Learning Faculty Awards, the IL Student Advisory Board Student Team Award, and the Outstanding Community Partner Award.
Both components are public events! Students, faculty, staff, administrators, and community members are invited to attend the Showcase, to see the work of their peers, and to find out more about getting involved in future immersive learning projects.
