Self-talk is the thoughts you have about yourself. It’s the constant thoughts that run through your head. Positive self-talk can reduce your stress and anxiety as well as improve your physical well-being.

Practice positive thinking every day. Start by following one simple rule: Don't say anything to yourself that you wouldn't say to anyone else. Be gentle and encouraging with yourself. Be your own cheerleader!
