Peer Review of Teaching (PRT) – The Peer Review of Teaching program brings instructors together in teams to observe each other and provide personalized feedback through reflective dialogue. Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) – A Faculty Learning Community (FLC) is a peer-led group of 10-12 faculty and staff whose purpose is to investigate and explore solutions to an issue encountered in higher education. FLC participation is funded with the expectation that participants will attend meetings, implement something in their course/s pertaining to the topic, submit a portfolio with a reflection and artifacts from their time in the FLC, and share their knowledge with the Ball State community and beyond.

Communities of Practices (CoPs) – A Community of Practice (CoP) is a peer-led group of unlimited faculty and staff who gather throughout the academic year to discuss a topic of interest, share information, and curate resources. Participation is not funded.

Midterm Feedback Service – Midterm Feedback Service is an opportunity for instructors to obtain feedback from their students in order to make adjustments to further support learning for the remainder of the semester.
