What Is Workday Help?
We’re excited to introduce Workday Help, a new feature in Workday that makes it easier to find answers and get support. Launching in February 2026 and accessible from the Workday Homepage, Workday Help includes two key components: Knowledge Articles and Case Management. These features streamline how questions are asked and answered, improve access to information, and connect users with the right subject matter experts as needed.
Knowledge Articles (KAs)
- Frequently asked questions can be quickly answered in Workday using easy-to-search Knowledge Articles.
- The articles provide step-by-step guidance to complete processes without submitting a case.
Case Management
- Cases can be submitted directly through Workday Help when additional assistance is needed.
- Cases can also be submitted to AskPeopleAndCulture@bsu.edu when additional assistance is needed.
- Cases are reviewed by subject matter experts to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- The status of each case can be tracked in a centralized location, where all responses are available.
- Employees can monitor case progress and communicate with solvers throughout the process until the issue is resolved.
Important Information for Student Employees
At this time, Case Management is not available to student employees. Student employees should direct employment-related questions to the Career Center or Graduate School.
For questions or assistance, please contact the Employee Solution Center at 765-285-1834 or peopleandculture@bsu.edu. Thank you for your continued engagement as we enhance Workday!
