Please, use the following guide to determine if travel you are considering falls under the International Travel Policy:
The policy applies when:
- travel you are paying for personally if your answer is “No” to the following:
- “Would I be invited to give this talk or to do this research if I were not a BSU faculty member or staff member?”
- travel is funded by BSU
- travel is funded by a sponsor
- travel includes vacation before and/or after the BSU related travel
- travel is on a Fulbright (or other fellowship) or for other special assigned leave
- travel is during the summer when faculty are not under contract if travel includes work related to employment
- any other category of travel in the International Travel Policy
Requests submitted less than 45 days prior to departure for Travel Advisory Level 3 regions will not be reviewed.
Register for travel in Terra Dotta.
