As we switch to online learning for the remainder of the semester, Information Technology would like to remind you of several resources available for Zoom and WebEx, especially our helpful tips to prevent unwanted intrusions into your online sessions.

We have set up special Technology Knowledge Base landing pages where you can learn more about specific software applications, including Zoom (bsu.edu/zoomhelp) and WebEx (bsu.edu/webexhelp).

There is also a downloadable WebEx Tech Guide available on the IT website and one will soon be available for Zoom.
