One of the essential steps in this process is ensuring that all multimedia content, specifically third-party videos hosted on platforms like YouTube or Vimeo, includes accurate, remediated captions. To assist with this, IT provides a dedicated service to help you secure accessible captions for the external video resources used in your course.
How to Request Support
To ensure your materials are processed before the deadline, we ask that you submit your video links through our dedicated ServiceNow intake form. Providing this information as early as possible will allow our team to add your materials to the remediation queue and ensure your course content is compliant by the start of the year.
