Changes for the 2025-26 Academic Year
Please be aware of important changes to campus parking for the upcoming academic year. The following changes will take effect beginning Monday, August 18, 2025.
R4 Parking Lot (Rec Center/Health Center) - This lot will revert to general parking. Current R4 permit holders who wish to continue parking in this area should purchase a general faculty/staff permit.
P8 Lot (West side of Applied Technology Building) - There will no longer be disabled driver parking available to those who purchase only a general or restricted permit and have a disabled driver permit. The disabled driver spaces in this lot will be reclassified:
- Four spaces will be designated as DP7 spaces*, requiring a valid DP7 permit.
- Two remaining spaces will be converted to metered disabled driver spaces, requiring that the meter be paid.
*DP7 permits are sold by the semester on a first-come, first-served basis. Valid disabled driver documentation must be provided at the time of purchase.
Permit Sales Dates
If you are interested in purchasing an R5, R7, R11, or DP7 permit and do not currently have one, do not purchase a permit for another lot. Please wait until July 7 to purchase your permit. Once you purchase a permit, you will not be able to exchange to another lot until the wait list process begins in August.

Monday, July 7, 2025, at 10 a.m.
• Any remaining R5, R7, R11, and DP7 available to all eligible employees
Monday, August 11, 2025, at 10 a.m.
