Immunization Clinic on January 27th!

January 05, 2026

As part of Ball State University’s commitment to a healthy campus community, we are partnering with the Indiana Immunization Coalition to offer a Spring Immunization Clinic on January 27th, 2026. The clinic will expand access to all CDC-recommended vaccines and other immunizations.

Public health experts continue to emphasize the importance of staying up to date on vaccinations to reduce the severity of illness and prevent hospitalization. To support this effort, the University encourages all students, employees, and their families to take advantage of this opportunity.

Date and Time: Tuesday, January 27th from 12 PM-6 PM
Location: Health Professions Building Room 103
Who Can Attend: All students, employees, spouses, partners, dependents, and community members
Vaccines Offered: All CDC-recommended vaccines for all ages, including Hepatitis A and B, Hib, DTaP/Tdap, Polio, MMR, Varicella, Meningitis, Pneumonia, HPV, Rotavirus, Shingles, and Flu

We will consult the state immunization registry to assess the immunization needs of each individual. If you would like to refuse a specific vaccine, please contact the Indiana Immunization Coalition at least 48 hours prior to the event at clinic@vaccinateindiana.org

What to Bring:
- Immunization records (for yourself or the person receiving vaccines)

- Students who are not Indiana residents should also bring their vaccine records
- There is no cost for those without insurance, except for the Shingles and adult RSV vaccines.
