Immersive Learning Class Pitch Session
We are looking for faculty interested in pitching their Spring 2021 Immersive Learning project to students. The Immersive Learning Class Project Pitch night will occur on Wednesday, October 21st, at 6:00 pm via Zoom.
Sign-up here to make a pitch.
You will have up to seven minutes to present your project to the students and there will be time for Q&A following your pitch. After the pitches are complete, we will provide Zoom breakout rooms for students who want to talk to you about your project.
We will have a practice pitch run-through on Zoom, Monday, October 19th, to prep for Wednesday.
This event is beneficial for the students to learn about immersive learning projects available during the spring semester prior to registration. Through this event, faculty can create more diverse teams by getting the word out to a broader student audience. This opportunity will also enable faculty to recruit students from other disciplines. Additionally, students and faculty will have a chance to network with each other, and students can sign-up for project teams as availability permits.
If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact the Project Manager for your college, or the Office of Immersive Learning.
