Special Call for Proposals! 
Spring 2022 Immersive Learning RAPID Grants

DEADLINE: Friday, April 29, 2022; at 5:00 PM.

Ball State University's Office of ­the Provost and the Office of Immersive Learning are pleased to roll out a special Rapid Grant call featuring two grant options: 

Provost Immersive Learning Pilot Projects (Read Guidelines)

Building Better Neighborhoods (Read Guidelines

Ball State faculty who have an idea for an immersive learning project are encouraged to apply. Funding can support travel expenses, materials, and other costs associated with your project. This special funding cycle will support projects expected to begin in summer 2022, fall 2022, and spring 2023. Completed proposals are due on or before 5 p.m., Friday, April 29, 2022. 

Note: Pilot/One Time project grant requests cannot exceed $5,000. Building Better Neighborhood project grant requests cannot exceed $1,000. Faculty already having a pilot, sustained, or Building Better Neighborhoods grant slated to run in summer 22, fall 22, or spring 23 are not eligible to receive additional funds for those projects under the RAPID grant program.
