Special Call for Proposals!
Spring 2021 Provost Immersive Learning RAPID Grants

DEADLINE: MONDAY, MAY 10, 2021 at 5:00 PM.

Ball State University's Office of the Provost and the Office of Immersive Learning are pleased to roll out a special call for Provost Immersive Learning Grants featuring two grant options: one for Pilot Projects and the other for Building Better Neighborhoods proposals. Ball State faculty who have an idea for an immersive learning project are encouraged to apply. Funding can support travel expenses, materials and other costs associated with your project. This special funding cycle will support projects expected to begin in summer 2021, fall 2021 and spring 2022. Completed proposals are due on or before 5 p.m., Monday, May 10, 2021.

Note: Pilot/One Time project grant requests cannot exceed $5,000. Building Better Neighborhood project grant requests cannot exceed $1,000. Faculty already having a pilot, sustained, or Building Better Neighborhoods grant slated to run in summer 21, fall 21 or spring 22 are not eligible to receive additional funds for those projects under the RAPID grant program.

Go to the Spring 2021 RAPID Grant page for proposal guidelines and access to the online submission system. Immersive Learning staff are offering forums, and in-person meetings to assist with the application process. Please consider attending one of the following sessions:
