Please drop in and talk with me about Immersive Learning!
Our office provides services that support Immersive Learning projects:
- Team building activities for immersive learning students
- Class presentations including Project management, Professionalism, Examining Bias, Building Intentional Relationships, Empowering Not Rescuing, and more
- IL travel awards with a rolling application deadline (until funds are exhausted),
- Building Better Neighborhood (BBN) Grants
- Fall and Spring Immersive Learning Provost Grant call for proposals
Immersive learning projects are high-impact learning experiences (BSU High Impact Practices - HIPs) that involve collaborative student-driven teams guided by faculty mentors. Students earn credit for working with community partners such as businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies to address community challenges by creating a product that has a lasting impact.
