Join Human Resources virtually for one of the hour long sessions on either February 17th or February 23rd to discuss how to deliver an effective performance evaluation. During these sessions, we will cover how important employee engagement is year-round, the rules and tips of performance evaluations, how to have difficult and honest conversations, and finally how to fill out the documentation and timelines. This session is best fit for Professional and Staff employees. Both sessions are the same, so please only attend one.
