We are pleased to share that the University is upgrading its current Terra Dotta international travel platform to the new Travel Registry. This enhanced system will streamline the registration process and improve our ability to support faculty and staff traveling internationally on University business.
The new Travel Registry features a modernized, more intuitive platform with simplified navigation, updated communication tools, and a revised workflow designed to reduce steps, improve tracking, and create efficiencies within departments that support international travel.
Travelers can access the new system at bsu-travelregistry.terradotta.com. For those with the previous site bookmarked, updated instructions will be available on the old site for a period of time to assist with navigating to the new platform. The Travel Tools link in MyBallState has also been updated with the new system access.
Faculty and staff will continue to log in with their University credentials, and most existing records for pending travel will transfer automatically. If you have questions, please contact ORM@bsu.edu.
