Fall Opera - The Elixir of Love | Nov. 22 @ 7:30 P.M. & Nov. 23 @ 3 P.M. | Sursa Hall

Gaetano Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love is a charming romantic comedy set in a rustic Spanish village, where shy peasant Nemorino longs for the heart of the confident and clever Adina. Convinced that a magical potion will win her love, he buys a phony elixir from a traveling quack—only to find himself tangled in a web of rival suitors, misunderstandings, and unexpected fortune. With its delightful melodies, including the famous aria “Una furtiva lagrima,” this opera bubbles with humor, heart, and the magic of true love. Perfect for newcomers and aficionados alike, The Elixir of Love is a timeless tale of hope, charm, and serendipity. Get your tickets through the College of Fine Arts Box Office in person, online, or by phone at 765-285-8749.
