Entrepreneurial Experience Speaker Series with Christiana Mann

Christiana Mann is a faculty member at Ball State University’s Miller College of Business, where she teaches in the Applied Business Studies department with a focus on hospitality, innovation, and leadership. With more than 40 years of experience in the food service industry, she brings a wealth of real-world expertise into the classroom to prepare the next generation of business and hospitality leaders.

Innovation Day (I-Day)
High school students will rotate through sessions centered around innovation, problem-solving, and challenges requiring teamwork, collaboration, and communication. Registration is closed.

Although the third in the line of James Payne’s, he tops the charts at Number 1 when it comes to his skills and experience in creating world class guest experiences. He developed fundamentals in Marketing and Public Relations from Ball State University, as well as Adult Training and Consulting from North Carolina State University.

4-5:30 PM : Innovation Connector
In order to engage your team, you need to tap into each person’s unique creative perspective. This drives collaboration and proactive problem solving leading to operational efficiencies, new markets, and a culture that is more reactive to market changes. In this session, we will explore skills and behaviors that encourage engagement and creative collaboration.
