To get a library card, Ball State students should bring their BSU identification card to the front desk of any MPL branch. Staff will invite them to fill out a short application form, and then provide them with a card and keychain card within minutes.

Ball State senior Erin Lopez said getting an MPL card was “super easy” and provided her with more resources than she imagined. The library staff, she added, is “welcoming and always willing to help you.”

“I think the best resources I found was the access to free audiobooks, making it super easy to get through assigned books for classes,” said Lopez, a social work major. "My favorite part has to be the amount of access that the card gives me to different platforms. Extending rental time online is super easy as well."
