Do you have an interest in learning more about governance and non-profit work? Please join us for the Civic Leadership and Community Impact Immersive Learning Trip. Transportation, activities, lodging, and some meals are provided at no cost to attendees. To attend, you must complete a brief informational meeting with a Multicultural Center staff member and participate in an informational meeting with selected participants. Please note that space is limited, and spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close when all spots are filled.
The Civic Leadership and Community Impact Immersive Learning Trip provides students with an immersive learning opportunity that deepens their understanding of civic leadership, public service, and community engagement. Students will explore how government institutions, historical narratives, and nonprofit organizations shape communities. By engaging directly with these institutions, students will strengthen their sense of civic responsibility and gain insight into ways they can contribute to positive change within their communities.
