Fly Well: Stay Hydrated This Summer

June 04, 2026

As temperatures rise, staying hydrated is important for your overall wellbeing. Proper hydration helps regulate body temperature, supports energy and focus, and can help prevent heat-related illnesses.

A few simple ways to stay hydrated this summer:

  • Carry a reusable water bottle and refill at the water bottle stations on campus
  • Drink water regularly, even before you feel thirsty
  • Limit excessive caffeine and sugary beverages
  • Eat water-rich foods like watermelon and cucumbers
