Fly Well: Spring Immunization Clinic — April 14

As part of Ball State University's commitment to a healthy campus community, we're excited to partner with the Indiana Immunization Coalition to offer a Spring Immunization Clinic on April 14, 2026.

This clinic provides access to a wide range of immunizations for employees and their family members.

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, April 14 | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Location: Health Professions Building, Room 103
  • Who Can Attend: Students, employees, spouses, partners, dependents, and community members

Vaccines Offered:

All CDC-recommended vaccines for all ages, including: Hepatitis A & B, Hib, DTaP/Tdap, Polio, MMR, Varicella, Meningitis, Pneumonia, HPV, Rotavirus, and Shingles.

What to Bring:

  • Immunization records (for yourself or the person receiving vaccines)
  • Health insurance card or photo of it (if applicable)
  • Students who are not Indiana residents should also bring their vaccine records
  • There is no cost for those without insurance, except for the Shingles and adult RSV vaccines
  • We will consult the state immunization registry to assess the immunization needs of each individual. If you would like to refuse a specific vaccine, please contact the Indiana Immunization Coalition at least 48 hours prior to the event at clinic@vaccinateindiana.org
