Taking time to move throughout the day can improve focus, boost energy, and support overall wellbeing. Whether you’re stepping away between meetings or planning an after-work activity, the Muncie Arts and Culture Trail (MACT) offers an accessible way to get outside and stay active.
Designed to connect Muncie’s major cultural hubs — including Ball State University, Minnetrista, Downtown Muncie, and Heekin Park — MACT provides safe, walkable, and bike-friendly paths that encourage movement and exploration.
The trail runs through Ball State’s cultural zone, linking destinations like the David Owsley Museum of Art, local shops, cafés, and green spaces — ideal for a lunchtime walk, a mid-day reset, or an evening bike ride.
Learn more, view the trail map, and plan your route at the Muncie Arts and Culture Trail website.
