Flu Shots & Other Vaccines Available on Campus October 27

The Indiana Immunization Coalition will return to campus on October 27 for a follow-up clinic for individuals who need second doses of vaccines that were administered at the first clinics on September 29 and September 30. The clinic is also open to all students, employees, spouses, and dependents who may have missed the September clinics and still need a vaccine.

When:  Thursday, October 27 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Which Vaccines: Flu vaccine, COVID-19 Vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson) and boosters, Meningitis B., and several others

Clinic Location: Worthen Arena Concourse. Enter at Worthen Arena Gate 1 next to the Athletic Ticket Office 

What to Bring: Bring your Driver’s License and Health Insurance Card or a photo of your health insurance card (If you have one).  Patients without a Driver’s License and/or Insurance Card, must fill out a registration form at the event. Students who are not residents of Indiana, should also bring their vaccine records. Your COVID-19 vaccine card if you are planning to get a 2nd dose of a vaccine or a  booster. There is no cost for those without insurance.  

Pre-Registration: You are strongly encouraged to pre-register for the immunization clinic. You can pre-register using this link https://patients.vaxcare.com/registration and the enrollment code IN65942. To register, click on the link, enter the enrollment code and then select Ball State-10/27. If you experience trouble with the registration link, please try a different browser (Chrome seems to work best). Individuals who do not pre-register online will be required to fill out a paper consent form at the clinic.
