February is Black History Month

Each February, we observe Black History Month to honor the contributions of Black people and communities, and to celebrate Black culture. While this celebration is important, it isn’t enough. Organizations need a year-round focus on workplace diversity and inclusion to create deeper understanding of discrimination and inequality so that we can bring about meaningful change.

Creating a more equitable society will require a lot of work from all of us, as individuals and organizations.
