This 50-minute session gives participants an introduction to taxonomy and reflection prompts to help them enhance the diversity, equity, and inclusion of their courses. This is an introduction to some of the tools that can be used extensively by the attendees after the session. Attendees will be introduced to, reflect on, refine, and apply the concept of success-compatibility: degree to which student aptitude and effort are the only influences on student success within a course.
