In early June, we will be transitioning to a new version of Banner Employee Self Service. The upgraded version has a modern look and feel, new tools and additional capabilities. Although the navigational menu and some forms will change in appearance, your access to information, such as pay stubs, emergency contact information, EPAFs, etc., will not change. The updated Employee Dashboard includes a new feature “My Team,” which provides a listing of a supervisor’s direct reports. In addition, employees will have the option to include their personal pronouns.
As part of our transition plan, the University will maintain the current and new versions of Employee Self Service in my.bsu.edu for several months. If you have difficulty locating items in the new platform, you will be able to access the information in Self Service 8 until you are more acclimated with the new layout.
