Employees who had an R5, R7, or R11 permit during the 2024 spring semester and want to renew for the 2024-25 academic year must do so before midnight on Sunday, July 7, 2024.
Any remaining R5, R7, and R11 permits will be available to all employees beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024.
