We are excited to bring you two important modifications to the on-campus student employment hiring process!
We recognize the need to speed up the recruitment process so you can hire students faster. This is pervasive in the talent marketplace. These modifications will allow you more flexibility to hire.
Modification 1 – ELIMINATION of the student employment referral
Beginning Monday, May 22, we are eliminating the student employment referral process. When a student finds an on-campus job in Cardinal Career Link, they will now apply directly from the posting. Students will no longer gain a referral to apply.
Modification 2 – Posting your open position
You may now post, repost, and remove you open positions directly to Cardinal Career Link! This will expedite the posting process for you and your team.
