Join Ball State University Libraries and the Center for Economic and Civic Learning for a free screening of Elie Wiesel: Soul on Fire, followed by an in-person discussion with director Oren Rudavsky.

Through Wiesel’s own words, personal archives, interviews, and hand-painted animation, the documentary explores the life of the Holocaust survivor, Nobel Peace Prize recipient, teacher, and author of Night. The film considers his experiences, his commitment to human rights, and his enduring legacy.

Part of the Reel Stories series, this event offers an opportunity to reflect on Wiesel’s life and work and discuss the film with its director.
