Join us for a lecture with Daniel J. Glenn, AIA, NCARB, a nationally recognized Native American architect specializing in culturally responsive architecture and sustainable design that reflect his Crow Tribal heritage. As Principal of 7 Directions Architects/Plannersin Seattle, WA, Daniel has led award-winning projects such as the Stillaguamish Village—a Seattle AIA 2030 Challenge recipient—and the University of Montana Payne Family Native American Center, a LEED Platinum facility.

His work also includes designing theCrow Dance Arborand the Little Big Horn College Campus Plan and Buildings in Crow Agency, Montana, his family’s hometown on the Crow Reservation.

Daniel is a contributing author to Our Voices: Architecture & Indigeneity(Volumes 1 and 2) and co-editor and contributor toThe Handbook of Contemporary Indigenous Architecture.He is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and was part of the team of Indigenous architects featured in the 2018 Venice Biennaleand in the 2021 documentary film From Earth to Sky.
