COVID-19 Pandemic Project

One year ago, the Ball State University Libraries Archives and Special Collections, in collaboration with the Everyday Life in Middletown Project, and the Muncie Public Library launched Document Your Story: COVID-19 Pandemic Project asking campus and community members to document life during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today, the COVID-19 Pandemic Project digital collection is now available through the University Libraries Digital Media Repository. https://dmr.bsu.edu/digital/collection/COVID19pndmcD

This digital collection includes photographs, journal entries, class projects, and videos that document this unprecedented time.

As we mark the one-year anniversary, vaccines are here and we are thinking about the “new” normal. The COVID-19 Pandemic Project is still collecting stories. Contribute your experience and story today so future historians and researchers can look back at the lived experience of our community.
