Counseling Center Self Care Challenge

Attention all Cardinals!! As the end of the semester is quickly approaching, self-care can easily be something that we put to the side because it just doesn’t seem like we have the time. If you are struggling with finding ways to make yourself a priority during times of high stress, the Self Care Challenge is for you! This challenge is completely email based and open to all Ball State students. You don’t have to make any appointments or even be on campus to participate. Over the course of this 4-week challenge, you will be provided with over 35 different self-care strategies that only require 10-15 minutes of your time. These strategies are intended to assist you with developing more positive self-care, managing your daily stressors, and building healthy coping skills that you can use long after your 4-week challenge and carry with you into the Spring semester!
