Counseling Center Continues Self Care Challenge in Spring

Welcome back to campus, Cardinals! The beginning of a new semester is a great time to start thinking about how you can implement, and prioritize, your own self-care.  For a lot of us, self-care can easily be something that gets pushed to the side because it just doesn’t seem like we have the time. If you are interested in learning some easy self-care strategies that don’t take up a lot of your time, the Counseling Center’s Self-Care Challenge could be a great help to you! This challenge is completely email based and open to all Ball State students. You don’t have to make any appointments or even be on campus to participate. Over the course of this 4-week challenge, you will be provided with over 35 different self-care strategies that only require 10-15 minutes of your time. These strategies are intended to assist you with developing more positive self-care, managing your daily stressors, and building healthy coping skills that you can use long after your 4-week challenge is completed.
