Description:

Join us for an enlightening session with Beethoven Meginnis, as he shares his unique journey of understanding project management and all that entails. This talk aims to show the learning progress of a student on his journey to identify expectation vs. reality of pursing a career path in project management and his process of developing leadership skills. 

Beethoven will delve into the challenges and successes he encountered while implementing various leadership strategies to enhance team productivity and ensure timely project completion.  He will also share his research, personal anecdotes and lessons learned, providing advice for the uncertainties of applying skills to become an effective project manager. 

He will share valuable lessons from his interviews with leaders in the tech field, including the President and CEO of Indiana Farmers, where he will be working this summer. These conversations have enriched his understanding of diverse leadership styles and contributed to his professional growth. He will share how his experiences have shaped his approach to leadership but also provided him with the skills and connections essential for his life in the industry after graduation.
